Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship across the United Kingdom and most parts of Europe, we are working at broadening our distribution and if we do not cover your region please reach out, either we will do so on a one off or at very least let you know when we can ship to you.
What is your returns policy?
We hope to ensure 100% satisfaction with our customers. On the rare occasion you are not satisfied we have a 30 days FREE return policy, please see our returns policy link for full information on the terms of returns.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship orders on the same or at latest next working day, this means if you order on a Monday your items will be shipped on the Monday, or latest Tuesday. If you however order your items on a Friday, your items will be shipped on the next working Monday, or Tuesday if there is a National Holiday. Once shipped, you can expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days.

How do I care for nueborn clothing?
All of our products are made from 100% organic cotton, this means that they are very durable. Clothes can be washed in a 40 degree wash, although we recommend less since stains (poonami's) are still removed at that temperature. Our clothes can also be put through the dryer without shrinking.
Is nueborn really that sustainable?
Truth is, like every business, we can always do more & we are trying to. We can improve the way our products are made, shipped, delivered and the rest. We are constantly looking at ways to reduce our carbon emissions, then for where we are unable to reduce further (for now) we offset them using our partner to ensure a tree, is planted for each order placed.
