Refund policy
We accept returns for 30 days after delivery.
Your item must still have tags attached, and receipt or purchase verification is also needed.

Upon acceptance, we will email you a return shipping label and information on how and where to deliver your product. Items returned without a return request are not accepted.
We understand this is a longer winded process than normal, but by not printing a shipping label for each product that 99% of the time is thrown away, we are really saving our carbon emissions.

Damages and Issues
At nueborn, we want you to be totally happy and accept full responsibility for products that have been received damaged or faulty. To get your money back, the item must be in new and unworn condition with the tags still on. Normal wear from first time use is okay. However, we cannot refund things that get damaged from rough play or accidents. Clothes should not be washed before returning.
Once we see the item and agree it qualifies, we will process the refund and put it into your payment card. Our goal is to satisfy customers, so let us know if there are any issues, and we will make it right.
Except/non-returnable Items
Perishable, bespoke, and personal care items cannot be returned. Our return policy excludes dangerous products, flammable liquids, and gasses. Contact us with any queries concerning your item.
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We can certainly exchange an item, the fastest way to exchange an item is to send the ordered item back in line with our return policy and obtain a full refund before purchasing the desired item.
To switch items, pack the first order back up with its labels - to send back free, just request a free returns label using the appropriate form on our website. Free returns are currently limited to those within the United Kingdom.
If all looks good, we'll send the new item to you in the UK for free; sending it across the EU will incur delivery charges again. Pick your swap online! For addresses outside the UK, you still pay return postage. You also pay extra if the new item needs to travel further.
We may not have what you want in stock for a straight swap. If so, we'll give your money back or a credit instead. Custom orders can't be changed due to being custom.
European Union 14-day cooling off
You can cancel or return EU-shipped goods within 14 days for any reason. Ensure that it must be new, unworn, unmarked, and in its original packaging. The receipt or purchase verification is also needed.
Refunds
After inspecting your return, we'll notify you if the refund was granted. Accepted applicants will be automatically repaid using their original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take time to process and send the refund.
